2. We draft your plans
We a draft clean, detailed plan set in CAD.
3. You get your drawings
Final plans are delivered in PDF and DWG formats — usually within two weeks of the initial site visit.

We’re Clyde and Alex Fletcher — a father-son team born and raised in Sonoma, with over 60 years of combined experience measuring and designing homes in the area.
Clyde brings 40+ years in residential design, and Alex adds 20+ years of property measurement using modern laser scanning and CAD tools.
Together, we deliver clean, accurate As-Built plans for remodels, permits, and real estate — grounded in local knowledge and built for real-world use.
